Revolutionizing User Experience for Crypto Portfolio Management
Overview
The CySync App was a pivotal project in my career as a Product Manager, where I aimed to redefine the blockchain wallet experience. By focusing on user-centric design, streamlined performance, and advanced integrations, the app became a go-to solution for managing blockchain portfolios and assets.
Challenge
The existing app faced significant challenges, including:
A high drop-off rate due to complex onboarding processes.
Outdated UI/UX that did not meet user expectations.
Limited support for modern blockchain use cases, such as DeFi and NFTs.
Inefficient network architecture, leading to latency issues.
Approach
To address these challenges, I employed a structured, data-driven approach:
User Research: Conducted interviews and surveys to understand user pain points and preferences.
Design Overhaul: Led a complete UI/UX revamp using Figma and FigJam, reducing the complexity of user flows.
Feature Integration: Added WalletConnect, NFT support, and advanced portfolio management features.
Performance Optimization: Improved network architecture with cost-effective API platforms and high-uptime RPC nodes.
Feedback Loop: Used A/B testing to validate changes and continuously iterate based on real user data.

Learnings
